ORGANIZATION The Marcon Group is chartered in the State of Texas as The Marcon Group, Inc., a general corporation. The officers and the principle engineering and management consultants have been providing assistance to government agencies and private companies for over twenty-five years.
CORPORATE HISTORY Marcon was initially organized in 1969 and was chartered in 1971 in the State of Texas as Marcon Industries, Incorporated, a general business corporation. Marcon operated until 1991 under that name. The company has now been re-organized and re-chartered as The Marcon Group, Inc. Marcon has performed a wide variety of services for both Private Industry, and for Government Agencies.
