William E. Pinney, BSEE, MBA, Ph.D., PE. Dr. Pinney has over 30 years experience in the fields of Operation Research, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and Production and Construction Management. He is also Professor of Management Science in the Graduate School at the Natches, Mississippi, campus of Alcon State University.He was one of the founders of Marcon Industries, Inc., and has been and active principle and consultant for both Marcon Industries and The Marcon Group. Dr. Pinney is author of a Quantitative Management textbook, now in its 5th edition, as well as the Decision Support Software (DSS) computer package. |
